What channel is it on?

Misfits is aired on the channels "4" and "E4"

What time is it on?

Due to swearing, and the vulger nature of the show its self, it airs at around 11Pm.

What genre is it?

The show is a drama, with elements of action, thriller and comedy.

Who is the target audience?

Misfits is aimed towards teenagers who live in England, this is because those people can relate to the characters and areas more than someone who may come from a different country. A lot of slang is used and for someone who is not familiar with it, may become very confusing.

What is the narrative?

A group of young offenders are involved in a storm, in which they gain super powers, varying from immortality to becoming invisible. They encounter dangers such as a man who thinks he is in a video game, someone pretending to be jesus and a masked man following them.

What/who is being represented?

Misfits represents teenagers in a very negative fassion. Almost all teenagers in the show are criminals in someway and have ASBO'S and have to do community service. However, they are rarely shown to mug or hurt each other which is a possitive aspect as they usually seem to have respect for each other.
